Safari Jigsaw Privacy Policy

Flyingsoft Games collects certain user information for the necessary complete functionality of its games.

With respect to Safari Jigsaw, we may collect the following information:

1. A user's geographical location information. Currently, we use this information to provide users with more targeted and appropriate ads. We may also use this information to analyze aggregate install and play trends in the game.
2. If the user allows permission, a user's basic Google profile data, provided by Google. This profile data includes the name of the user, their gender, and their ID within the Google Play system. We require this access to the profile data in order to authenticate a user in our server, so that (for example) the user's purchased and acquired "gems" can be securely stored. We may also use this information to request a personal contact with our users with questions relating to technical and functional aspects of the game.
3. If a user is connected to the internet, we track a user's play activity. We do this to optimize the appeal of the provided puzzles and to establish a method to pay royalties to our image license partners.
4. A user's Google Play email address, if the user allows permission. At this time, we may individually request this email address in order to provide personalized support to users. As the functionality of the game progresses, we may, with the permission of the user, use the email address for an app newsletter. We do not share users' emails with third parties.
5. The application may access a user's contact list in order to allow the user to invite a contact to install the game. The application does not store, modify, or transmit to our servers this contact information.

Survey Serving Technology

This app uses the Pollfish SDK. Pollfish is an on-line survey platform, through which anyone may conduct surveys. Pollfish collaborates with developers of applications for mobile devices in order to have access to the users of such applications and address survey questionnaires to them. When a user connects to this app, Pollfish detects whether the user has enabled their device's interest-based-ads settings (Advertising ID for Android/Advertising Identifier for iOS). If not, Pollfish does not proceed to any action and cannot offer any survey to the user or collect any of his/her data. If the user has enabled such settings, a specific set of user's device data and response meta-data is automatically sent to Pollfish servers. This data will be associated the user's answers to questionnaires. By downloading the application you accept this privacy policy document and you hereby give your consent for the processing by Pollfish of the aforementioned data. Furthermore, you are informed that you may disable Pollfish operation at any time by (a) enabling the "opt out of interest-based advertising" in your device Settings area or by (b) using the Pollfish "opt out section" available on Pollfish website.
